First, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused our players.
From 11/20 (Wed) 18:00 to 11/21 (Thu) 02:59 UTC, after the Powder of Knowledge shop was refreshed, some players were able to purchase 1 additional Bottle of Knowledge.
We wanted to correct this issue as soon as it was discovered, however, the amount of time it took to check the data was longer than originally expected, and for that, we apologize and ask for your understanding.
Currently, discussions are being held to identify all records of additional purchases for the Bottle of Knowledge as well as a follow-up plan. As soon as a plan has been decided upon, we will inform our Heirs about what will occur next through a separate notice.
Once again, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused our players.
We promise to give our best effort in order to provide even better service for all of our Heirs.
В общем, хоть товар артов и не обновился в 21:00 по мск в среду, и пришлось ждать его завоза до 06:00 по мск в четверг, но... это не затронуло бутылочку для анлока лимита артефактам. Её завезли сначала в 21:00 по мск в среду. А потом - и в четверг по 06:00 по мск.
Теперь смайлгейты думают, чего делать с теми, кто умудрился этим "воспользоваться".
