Hello,
Thank you for contacting GM Schuri at Epic Seven Customer Service! We are very sorry that your account has been suspended. After reviewing the details of your suspension, it appears you have been banned due to violating our operations policy in regards to refund abuse. Players may only request a refund under the following circumstances:
1. They have not received the item they ordered.
2. They request the refund within 7 days of purchase.
3. They have not used the item they wish to refund.
4. They have not opened the item they refunded.
In order to reverse your suspension, you must follow the directions below:
1. Players must contact the Epic Seven Customer Service Team again and state that they would like to have their suspension reversed.
2. The Epic Seven Customer Service Team will then reverse the ban.
3. The player will have 7 days to re-purchase Skystones that equal the total amount that they had previously refunded. In your situation, you will need to purchase the following items:
A Crate of Skystone 1500 +Bonus 300
4. The player must then message the Epic Seven Customer Service Team requesting the purchased item be removed.
5. The Epic Seven Customer Service Team will then remove the purchased item.
*** Please note that the player should not use any Skystones (including free Skystones earned in-game) until the Epic Seven Customer Service Team has removed the recently purchased item. Doing so might cause your account to be suspended again. ***
