Вторую часть можешь взять.
Третью стоит брать авансом и с верой в разработчиков. В текущем состоянии брать, определённо не стоит.

Сам не беру из-за отсутствия прогресса после волн открытых бета-тестов. Чем они занимались последний год я не понимаю.
