First, we ask that you send an inquiry to Apple Customer Service first if you purchased this package through iTunes or on the iPhone.
However, if they cannot give you a refund, please send us another inquiry.
We are not able to refund packages purchased from Apple, but we are able to register the package that you did not receive to your account if Apple rejects your refund request.
Make sure you send us a receipt with the order ID/document number in the next inquiry.

If you purchased your package through Google, please send us another inquiry with the receipt of your purchase with the order ID [(GPA.####-####-####-#####)] and we will register the package you did not receive.
Please note that we require a copy of the receipt with the order ID in order to process your inquiry.
