A:Press the ESC key during the game, use the “Problem Reporting” feature to give us your feedback. You can also email screenshots and a description of any problem you have to
[email protected]. Thank you for your patience and support!
Q3: How do I join PvP matchmaking?

Note: PvP game modes are unlocked by completing specific main quests.
Q4: What can I do if I get stuck on terrain or during the battle?
A:Try to mount or dismount, and move around. If the problem continues, please try to exit and restart the client.
Q5: How can I learn skills and unlock new professions?
A:Skills can be upgraded by spending Honor. To unlock new professions, talk to the Weapon Instructor in Valhalla.
Q6: How do I unlock and recruit new Units?
A:After unlocking the Front Corps and your General has reached the required level, you can spend Honor to unlock the new Units. Some high-level Epic Units will also require special items to unlock.
Once you have unlocked a Unit, you will still need to have sufficient levels of equipment, weapons, and reserve troops to train it. Training cavalry units also requires horses and harnesses. For example, if you want to build a 36-man Swiss Halberd unit, you need to acquire 36 swiss halberds, 36 uniforms, and 36 reserve troops.
Unit armor and weapons can be purchased from merchants outside Valhalla. Reserve troops can be recruited outside Valhalla and in cities.
Q7: Why did I lose soldiers after battle?
A:After losing a battle on the world map, a small portion of your troops will actually die. You can replace your lost troops by recruiting more from cities, or by healing injured soldiers in medical tents and cities.
No troops are lost from matchmaking PvP modes.
Q8: How do I get equipment?
A:Valhalla has merchants who can sell basic (white) equipments. More sophisticated equipment normally needs to be created.
Once you have acquired an equipment blueprint and the required resources, go to the World Map, choose a city, and then select the factory that will make the desired equipment.
Basic blueprints can be purchased in shops. Higher-tier blueprints can be found as in-game rewards.
Basic resources can be purchased in shops. Rarer resources must be collected from the world itself.
Q9: What are Kingdom Quests and Honor Quests?
