Regarding EMS Price Changes by Japan Post (4/23)
Japan Post has announced that they plan to increase the cost of EMS shipping for a number of areas in June. Starting on 4/26, we will be adjusting our EMS shipping fees to match this change. (We're implementing it ahead of schedule because the vast majority of TOM Shop purchases are of pre-orders, most of which will ship in June or later.) Affected Areas: Oceania North America Central America Middle East Europe Please note that since the actual change from Japan Post won’t go until effect until June 1st, we will be automatically be compensating the difference between the old and new EMS shipping fees paid between 4/26 and 5/31, in TOM Points. These points will be granted within June 2021. Shipments that quality for compensation must: - Be part of an order placed between 4/26 and 5/31 - Originally have EMS as the shipping method, chosen in cart - Actually ship out of our Japan warehouse before 6/1 Orders placed before 4/26 will not be affected regardless of when they actually ship and we won't retroactively charge you for higher EMS fees.
