Wait, wait, wait. Something I will want to contact Steam?.. Really? So, ALL of the Russian players who are unable to use in-game shop in YOUR game should contact Steam for that matter?.. ALL of them? Don't you think that solving such a global problem should be your duty and not your players'? I don't think you quite get the scale of the problem, so I'll repeat it once again.
ALL of the Russian players are unable to use the shop. Not just me, not just me and my friends but NONE of the Russian players are able to do it at the moment. Do you get it? I've contacted the Russian Hasbro customer support and they DID acknowledge the problem which I'm talking about. They confirmed that at the moment game just doesn't allow payments in Russian Rubles, doesn't recognize it as a valid currency. And you're honestly thinking that it's US, players, who should be contacting Steam and resolving this and not you?..
I think you're underestimating this issue and the chunk of the player base that you will lose in case this problem wouldn't be resolved. After such a awful release of the game on all platforms you should be fighting over every customer willing to support you but right now you're literally refusing to take the money of Russian players by refusing to take care of this problem.
Can you please open your eyes and start resolving it? Contact the Steam and ask them what's the matter with their money transaction system or the currency conversion system that prevents it from working with Rubles.
