Серьезно или сарказм? Ладдер ведь по сути соревнование, а о каком соревновании может идти речь, когда некоторое участники играют нечестно? Смысл соревноваться с ботами, при таком раскладе можно просто софт/хк бегать.

Пока что близзард не показывают себя ярыми ненавистниками ботов и в банвейвах выживают многие боты, так что надеяться на баны не совсем верно.

это сейчас, а на релизе банили, и каждый патч банили.

Судя по последним датамаинам, все вторичные статы, такие как например кд, кш, ас и тп. будут иметь кап, да здравствует коммунизм в санктуарии! Так же добавили 2 слота под героев. Новые аффиксы(зачарован ядом, ледяная пульсация)

Шанс крита - не больше +40.00% КШ с эквипа .
Шанс блока - не больше +75.00% ШБ с эквипа.
Урон с критов - не больше +250.00% КД с эквипа.
Скорость передвижения - не больше +25.00% с эквипа
ГФ - не больше +300.00% ГФ.
МФ - Увеличение данного стата диминишится для рарок, легедарок и сетов. Тут я не уверен с правильностью перевода, оригинал: This increase is diminished for rare and legendary and set items.
МФ - не больше +300.00% МФ.
Скорость атаки - не больше +40.00% АС с эквипа

В принципе стоит отметить, что введение капов я вижу как положительный момент, это позволит нам во первых иметь больше простора для маневров при выборе эквипа, во вторых будет проще с выбором оружия, пр таком раскладе количество юзабельных веапонов увеличится в разы.

Разумеется данные не окончательны и могут измениться. Так же хочу отметить что капы действуют только на статы с эквипа и к ним смело можно прибавлять % с парагона. На многих сайтах подняли вайн, увидев только слово нерф, подумать разумеется при этом большинство забыло.

И ведь наверняка эти дибилы включат такую логику для всех редакций дьяблы. То есть все текущие топовые эквипы идут далеким лесом ибо превратяться в какахи.
