The option to change your Guild Wars 2 Account Name is not currently available on the Guild Wars 2 site. However, if you need the account name to be changed due to not being able to login, please reply with the following information:
- Guild Wars 2 Serial Code
- If you purchased Guild Wars 2 from the Guild Wars 2 website, please provide one of the following pieces of information:
- Order ID
- Last four digits (ONLY) and the billing zip/postal code of the credit/debit card used
- PayPal® Transaction ID or the Invoice ID associated with the purchase
