The last patch in kCBT has changed the class advancement system. Now classes are no longer locked away from you.
I.E If you're Cleric, and decide to go Krivis, in the future you can still become Cleric 2 or Priest.
Time for new builds.
EDIT:
Here is an example image of all your choices now as a cleric, keep in mind once you make a choice, all other options are still available to you on your next rank.



1/2/3 signifies circle 1, circle 2, circle 3 respectively, I listed all of them on classes that you can achieve, because it depends on your previous choices (i.e choosing Krivis at rank 2 means at rank 3, Krivis circle 2 is available, and at rank 4 Krivis circle 3 is also available, but it depends on what you choose)
This is how it was previously, keep in mind that previously, once you pick a class, you forsake all other choices forever from that same rank, unlike the new system:
