/afk msg : your basic away from keybord message. using again turns it off
/anon msg : Does jack all. Old AO command?
/bugreportbutton 0/1 : toggles the annoying bug-report button in upper right corner. It's annoying, so disable it and use CTRL+B instead.
/camp : should quit to char selection? if you press "exit" it quits client.
/capfps number|0: sadly this only sets UPPER cap on fps
/cc addbuddy name : add's player to friend list (unlike /invite this doesn't trigger "become friend" dialogue)
/cc rembuddy name : removes player from friend list
/close windowname : see /toggle
/emote command : type /emote + press TAb for a list over available emotes. Note that there are different emotes for standing and sitting (even tho those for sitting seems to be meant for npc's only)
/fhelp : appears to be the help window for console commands. hopefully more commands will be listed here soon.
/follow ? : does nada as far as I can tell.
/funcom : the guys that make this game
/g msg : teamchat
/gc msg : guildchat
/guild ? : guild commands? "/guild invite name" only seems to send an invite to myself, so that doesn't seem to work.
/help : opens the help window (same as clicking the ? in upper left corner)
/hide : toggles hide on/off (bound to H)
/hotkey key command? : can prolly be used to set hotkeys. I've no idea how tho (tab for a list of GM-macros)
/ignore name : guess
/instanceselection : rezones current zone/instance. usefull in some zones if somebody allready killed that boss or destroyed that crucial quest item.
/invite name : invites player to be your friend. BFF! (at least until somebody uses /ignore)
/list (players) : doesn't work? old AO command?
/macro name command : creates a macro and opens macro window. Double-click to activate macro (no chat support for macros? Old AO command?)
/me msg : doesn't work as far as I can see. needs to be executed in a private channel? (possibly old AO command without support)
/ooc msg : out off character vicinity say
/open windowname : see /toggle
/option command : settings (use f10 instead, it's a bit safer)
/org ?: does nothing? old AO command?
/paintball : opens ingame bugreport? seems like an old AO command. We should prolly stick to CTRL+B.
/pet msg : same as /petition
/petition : notifies GMs that you're in trouble. Remember to keep your tell-window open so you can see when they try to contact you.
/played : shows playtime in real time for current char
/quit : quits client
/r msg : replies to latest tell
/rdbcashe 0|1 : no idea whatsoever
/reloadhotkeys : should reload hotkeys (doh)
/s msg or
/shout msg : vicinity shout
/say msg: vicinity say
/selectself : selects own char. usefull for when you have "select self by clicking" disabled (Currently bound to F1)
/setlanguage de|en|es|fr : sets ingame lingo
/setoption command : same as /option
/showfifomsg msg : let's you pretend to send out GM messages (even tho it's only viewable to yourself)
/showfile filename : open's and shows file content (most usefull for showing the dxdiag.txt - "/showfile dxdiag.txt")
/stuck : this is what most of you should be using instead of /petition
/t name msg or /tell name msg : sends a private message
/text msg : a basic echo command. usefull for who knows what.
/tipoftheday : opens the tip window (no tips in AoC yet. Old AO command?)
/toggle windowname: toggles windows on/off. use TAB for list over windows (old AO command? because only few of these work in AoC. The friendwindow seems awfully like the one in AO to me)
/version : shows current client ver
/w name msg : private whisper. (works like a tell)
/water ? : no freaking idea
/whisper msg : vicinity whisper
Ofc, there are loads of other commands there, some more powerfull than others, but most of those are accessible from the F10 menu anyways (and some are supposed to be "secret").
Playing around with them might lead to client fubar (like "/setoption language any-other-language-than-english").
There's also a bunch of commands that seem to do fuck-all, maybe they will come into play at a later date (or be removed all together).

Ok, I've just tested around 200 chat commands (most of which doesn't show up when using TAB). Of these, roughly 120 are GM or client commands we can't execute (like /teleport, /kill, /dismember etc...). A good number also seem to be unsupported.
Added the the ones that seemed to work best to this list.
