Что патч грядущий нам готовит?
Итак, на некоем сайте опубликовали якобы стыренные патч-ноуты.

Weakness: Changed from 50% fumble on regular attacks to 25% fumble on all attacks. Now only stacks up to 5 times. (хз. Очень спорно. Скорее всего нерф всем критовикам.)
Torment: Added a new Condition called Torment. This does damage every second (75% of a bleed), and double damage to foes that are moving(150% of a bleed). Stacks intensity. (точно будет у некров, размышляют над выдачей ворам и месмерам)
Pet Leash Range updated to 2000 units.
Fixed Confusion to no longer fire extra times on skills due to hidden script actions.
Battle Standard, Spirit of Nature, Gathering Plague, Vortex, Tuna Morph, Time Warp, * Mass Invisibility, Purifying Blast, Whirlpool, Murky Water, and Undercurrent have had their underwater after-cast reduced by 1.1 seconds.
All Elite player transforms (racial and profession) now have a 1 second cool-down on leaving them. This was done to prevent leaving unintentionally through double clicking.
Mistfire Wolf: This elite now has a 150 second recharge, down from 240 and can be cast while moving. This pet’s health has been increased by 100%. (бафф для тех, у кого делюкс)))))
Reduced weakness duration to 3 seconds when preforming a leap combo finisher through a poison field.

Deadly Strike: Weakness duration 4s – 5 s, damage increased from 1 to 1.2
Skale Venom: Replaced Weakness with Torment. (хммм... збс вроде)
Dancing Dagger: Reduced initiative cost to 3. (класс!)
Shadow Return (infiltrator strike toggle): This skill is no longer a stun breaker. (бл*)
Withdraw: Travel distance cut in half underwater to match the land distance.
Deadly Strike: Reduced weakness duration to 3 seconds.
Crippling Strike: This ability no long applies weakness.
Rusty Scrap Strike: Reduced weakness duration to 8 seconds.
Throw Scale: Reduced weakness duration to 6 seconds.

Acrobatics
Assassin’s Retreat (4): This trait now grants 10 seconds of swiftness when you kill a foe. This effect has a 5 second internal cooldown. (аще пох)
Pain Response (8): This cooldown of this effect has been reduced from 45 seconds to 30. (гуд)
Hard to Catch (11): The cooldown of this effect has been reduced from 60 seconds to 30.

Critical Strikes
Furious Retaliation (1): This trait now grants 10 seconds of fury when striking a target that is below 50% health. This effect can only occur once every 30 seconds. (снизили кд с 45 сек - збс!)
Signets of Power (2): This 5 stacks of might that this trait grants has been increased to 10 seconds. (в 2 раза - збс!)

Deadly Arts
Corrosive Traps (2). This trait now 5 stacks of vulnerability for 8 seconds, up from 5. (гуд, но пох)
Sundering strikes (6): Vulnerability caused by this trait has been increased from 5 seconds to 10 seconds. (гуд, но пох)
Panic Strike (11): This trait’s cooldown has been reduced from 60 seconds to 30. (збс!)
Lotus Poison (15 очков): Increased weakness duration to 4 seconds, but it can only apply once every 20 seconds per target. (просто гав-но!)

Shadow Arts
Last Refuge (5 очков): The cooldown of this trait has been reduced from 90 seconds to 60. (норм!)
Slowed Pulse (2): The effect of this trait now occurs if you have 2 or more stacks of bleeding. (гуд!)
Shadow Protector (3): This trait has been changed to apply 10 seconds of regeneration when you stealth them. This effect will not occur if the ally already has regeneration on them. (отлично!)

Trickery
Merciful Ambush (1): This trait now grants 2 seconds of stealth to you and your ally when beginning a revive. (норм)
Long Reach (6): This trait now increases the range of Steal to 1500, up from 1200. (збс!)
Ricochet (10): The chance to bounce for this trait has been increased from 25% to 50%. (збс!)
Sleight of Hand (12): In addition to dazing your target, this trait now reduces the recharge of Steal by an additional 20%. (норм)
Instinctual Response (2): This trait now properly blinds enemies struck by the feathers. Increased radius from 120 to 180. (пох)
Ну, дискасс!

В целом, вижу ослаблене любителей меча, некоторое усиление пистолетчиков и даггерщиков.
Ну и общее ослабление вора, как производителя баффа Слабость.
