Disciplines / Formations / Techniques / Banners :
We want to increase the impact and unefulness of this system. Furious Inspiration now stacks up when you attack or get attacked by physical and magical damage (No longer depending on group members getting hit). Furious Inspiration no longer give any stat bonuses such as Weapon Damage and group heal procs. This is now moved into Techniques and Formations. Using the Plant Banner / Grant Technique ability now consumes your Furious Inspiration stack. The activated Technique or banner will scale based on the FI stack size.
We are also changing disciplines and banner effects into three flavors. Damage :
* Disciplines : Damage, Tanking, Healing.
** Damage : Increases your own damage
** Tank : Increases your own tanking capabilities
** Healing : Self heal
* Banners : Damage, Tanking, Healing.
** Damage : Banner doing Area Damage
** Tank : Hate Increase / Reduction in the area and increased tanking capabilities (Def stance based)
** Healing : Health/Stamina/Mana/Energy area heal
The duration of banners are now 15 seconds (down from 30) making them more bursty. Higher damage/heals/buffs over a short duration making a larger short term impact.
Brute Tree :
* Reverted the innate weapon damage from Legendary Heoric Call
* Reverted the damage deflection given by Improved Dancing steel
* Lumbering Hulk now grants another +1% weapon damage per rank trained (24% in total)
* Burst of Aggression is now an area knockback affecting up to 3 enemies. This ability currently has a 1 second cast time.
* Burst of Aggression should always trigger Assail
* Increase the hate modified from Burst of Aggression to 15%
* Increased the healing from Overcome the Odds
Alternate Advancement :
* War Master now increases the Weapon Damage from Disciplines / Formations / Techniques / Banners.
* Frenzied Strikes now also increase two handed weapon damage
* Rally is now a 15s/60s CD ability that increases Weapon Damage by 60%, Received Healing by 20% and Hate modified by 20%. In addition this ability builds 5 stacks of Furious inspiration.
* One Last puch was reverted to the previous version (No knockback)
* The Rout feat also increases the damage of the combo by +2/4/6/8%.
* The Besiege feat also increases the damage of the combo by +2/4/6/8%. The change of getting a Furious Inspiration Counter will be 100% at rank 5.
* Battlefield Commander now increases the damage and effects from Disciplines / Formations / Techniques / Banners.
Note that this is not complete. We still need to clean up dependencies on the new banner/techniques and fix up the end feat lines in the Brute tree. Also balancing and tweaking.
