I never turned a blind eye. I worked my ass off to get the 'proof' required to ban those guys. I tracked down RMT webs through informants, logs, and many sleepless nights.
The issue was, I could only ban up to like 14 days or so. Permabans were reserved for devs only, and they had no interest in permabans.
I would submit everything, and it would just be ignored time and time again.
1)They didn't give one hot fuck. Support tickets, serious issues, etc were regularly ignored. They would go months without paying employees and were completely unapologetic about it. The GM team got almost no support. Major hacks, exploits, etc would go on for months because no one would stop to address all the write ups we made about them.
I'm sure I can go on about this one, but it's going to take a while to remember everything.
2) Eh, at launch I know some did, but after that, not really. There were 2 GMs towards the end of DF 1 who started playing and went rogue.
Yes. Corrupt DF 1.0 GMs were real. Just not all the ones you guys claimed!
